Abstract

प्रस्तुत शोधपत्र में डॉ. भीमराव आंबेडकर के भारतीय गाँवों के प्रति दृष्टिकोण का सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं राजनीतिक परिप्रेक्ष्य में अध्ययन किया गया है। आंबेडकर ने ग्रामीण समाज को केवल भारतीय संस्कृति और परंपराओं का केंद्र मानने के बजाय उसमें व्याप्त जातिगत भेदभाव, अस्पृश्यता, आर्थिक शोषण और सामाजिक असमानताओं की आलोचनात्मक विवेचना की। उनके अनुसार, परंपरागत ग्रामीण व्यवस्था में प्रभावशाली जातियों का वर्चस्व वंचित समुदायों की स्वतंत्रता, समानता और गरिमा में बाधक था। उन्होंने ग्रामीण समाज के पुनर्गठन के लिए जाति-व्यवस्था के उन्मूलन, भूमि सुधार, औद्योगीकरण, शिक्षा के प्रसार तथा संवैधानिक अधिकारों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर बल दिया। उनका मानना था कि वास्तविक लोकतंत्र केवल राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधित्व से नहीं, बल्कि सामाजिक और आर्थिक समानता से स्थापित हो सकता है। अध्ययन का निष्कर्ष है कि आंबेडकर का ग्रामीण दृष्टिकोण सामाजिक न्याय, मानवीय गरिमा समावेशी विकास और शोषणमुक्त समाज की स्थापना पर आधारित था।
