Formal Appeal Procedure (For Authors)

  • Unique Manuscript ID and Title.

Receipt of the complaint is formally confirmed via the Editorial Office within 5 working days.

An initial review is conducted by the Editorial Office to determine if the complaint has merit for a full-scale investigation.

Examination of records and consultation with independent Editorial Board members (neutral to the original decision) following COPE flowcharts.

Final Decision

A reasoned written response, detailing the investigation's rationale, is provided to the complainant within 21 working days.

Executive Escalation

If unresolved, the matter is escalated to the Publisher, Chandan Kumar, or the Chief Editor for a final verdict based strictly on academic merit.
